What Personal Information Do We Collect And Store?

If you wish to browse the APFA website, you are not required to enter any personal information, you will remain anonymous during your entire visit.

Purchases:

There are no e-commerce transactions currently available via the APFA web site.

Sign Ups:

When signing up for items such as Newsletters you will be prompted to enter your name, title, company, postal address, e-mail address, and phone number. You will be added to our database and sent the sign up items you have requested.

APFA takes measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when you tell us that it is no longer required. The types of measures we take vary with the type of information, and how it is collected and stored.


How Is Personal Information Used?

The personal information you supply to us allows us to provide you with the APFA services you request, such as providing you with the newsletter you requested us to send to you.

Please note that in order to operate the website or deliver a service we may sometimes share your personal information with a sub-contractor e.g. the party who delivers your order. Where this is necessary we obtain their undertaking to comply with the National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Information.

Except to the extent that we engage contractors as noted above to assist us to provide a better service to you, we do not provide your personal information or mailing lists containing your personal information to any other organisations for their marketing purposes.

If you no longer wish to receive the APFA Newsletter or Special Offers you can remove your name from our list by emailing email to mandyp@printnet.com.au and inserting ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

You can remove your personal information from APFA by contacting us by email at mandyp@printnet.com.au

Please allow 14 days for your request to be processed. Once removed, you will not receive any correspondence from APFA without re-registering.


Is APFA Secure?

To browse the APFA web site there is no need to offer a secure site as sensitive information is not transmitted.


What Are Cookies And How Does APFA Use Them?

APFA does not use cookies for browsing the APFA web site.

Does APFA Comply With Applicable Laws?

There are a number of pieces of legislation with which APFA must comply, including ACCC and ASIC regulations in the course of business.
