Process Requirements & Guidelines:
- Stock should be between 80gsm to 200gsm
- Grain should run with fold direction
- Double cuts should be either 6mm or 10mm
After the product is completed, storage must be controlled in a low humidity situation, as the remoisten-able glue will reactivate.

Gumming/Remoist
The application of gum strip, perforations and folds with a mixture of cold glue permanent and peel able glue applications to create return mailable pieces for anyone that requires an interactive mail piece whereby information is returned from the recipient.
Examples: Frequent flyer programs, insurance brochures, membership applications, feedback forms, surveys, etc.
Tips:
- Stock gramages should be no lighter than 80gsm and no higher than 200gsm.

High Speed Ink Jetting
Ink jetting is the process of placing variable data onto different substrates from a supply data base in the printing industry. onto letters, envelopes, and direct mail pieces.
Examples: Placement of barcodes, numbers, addresses, etc.

- Make sure cleaned databases are supplied in the format that best suits your supplier.
